Marka valley Trek Q&A

Expand all

Will I be staying in tents or in a homestays accommodation ?

You will be camping privately throughout your hike in 2-person tents with extra luggage space. The tents are breathable and waterproof, designed to keep you comfortable in varying weather conditions. You will sleep on 2 to 3-inch thick insulated mats with a soft cushioned layer, along with a small pillow for added comfort.

Are meals provided during the trek?

You will be hiking with your guide, carrying your own backpack and essential gear, along with a packed lunch. As soon as you reach the next camp, our Sherpas will be there to welcome you and serve refreshments, snacks, and meals depending on your arrival time—typically between 6:30 and 7:00 PM.”

How we access clean drinking water during our trek and camping

Treated and filtered /Boiled water at camps At each campsite, water is typically boiled by the camp kitchen team Or filtered using portable purification systems Then served to trekkers for drinking, tea, and meals This is the most common and safest source.
